How It Works

Before Booking

 

Choose how many tents you need.

Measure your space!

Each tent setup is 

47'' wide & 75'' long 

Booking Your Party

 

Fill out the booking request.

We will contact you to schedule 

and go over the details.

Pay a deposit to secure your party date on our calendar!

Prepare For Your Sleepover

 

Final payment is due upon our arrival on the day of the event. 

Make sure space is cleared before we arrive for set up.

Important Details
 

MEASURE YOUR SPACE

Each setup requires 47'' in width and 75'' in length. If we arrive to set up and there is not enough space, there will be no refunds. We will be creative and do our best in the available space!

 

SECURE YOUR PARTY RENTAL

A signed contract and a 50% deposit must be paid to secure your rental on our calendar.

 

FINAL PAYMENT

Due upon arrival at the event.

 

SETUP 

Depending on the event, one or two persons will arrive to set up, which will take approximately  1-2 hours. Both parties will review an inventory sheet for accountability.

TEAR DOWN

Approximately 1-hour duration. We will pack up only the things that were rented. We do not clean up party trash that was left behind. The inventory sheet will be reviewed by both parties.

 

CONTRACT

A contract will be drafted with the dates and details agreed upon by both parties.

 

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable up to 3 days before the event. 

 

CANCELLATION

We get it- stuff happens! We've got you covered, you can cancel at any time. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within three days or less of the contracted event date. Don't worry, this is not money lost to you! Your deposit may be used toward your rescheduled event date.

 

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Your final Invoice will include a refundable accidental damage deposit of $150 that will be returned on your pick-up day if no damage has occurred. 

We understand that accidents happen. Honesty is the best policy. If items get damaged, please make us aware. Anything that needs to be replaced will be done at fair market value.

If damage exceeds the $150 deposit, the client will be held responsible for the additional balance. If the damage is less than the $150 deposit, the client will be returned the remaining amount.

Safety & Cleanliness 

We take cleaning seriously at Sweet Dreams. So much so that we are entirely comfortable allowing
Our children use our rentals.

​

  • All Linens and pillowcases are laundered accordingly

  • Rugs are vacuumed, spot treated, and disinfected. 

  • Tents get spot treated, steamed, and disinfected.

  • We use safe and effective cleaning solutions, detergents, disinfectants, and spot treatments. They are free of fragrances, phthalates, and parabens.
